About us
Yourplacetobe was born from one ambition: that owning an apartment in Da Nang — or staying in one — should stop being complicated.
Too many foreign owners discover, once the purchase is signed, that the real work begins afterwards. An exceptional property, poorly operated, becomes an ordinary one. A well-kept, well-told, well-hosted home becomes an address people recommend.
On the guest side the frustration is a mirror image: a beautiful apartment, but nobody to call for a taxi at five in the morning, a table on a Friday night, or a scooter you can trust. That is the space we occupy.
We are starting out in Da Nang, and we say so plainly rather than inventing a past.
